Our Passion
The inspiration for Moonlight Tavern came from a passionate and dedicated mixologist and engineer, along with his passionate and devoted mother and supportive family who continue to show people what is possible with true craftsmanship through the art of mixology. We are continuously amazed at how simple, well-made cocktails can bring people together. It encourages true fellowship and allows for people to enjoy the company of others, regardless of their differences. We have seen the timid and introverted move past their own set boundaries to make new friends and fulfill lasting relationships with countless memories to share. For thousands of years, many people have found inspiration and optimism that lead to immense discoveries and extraordinary development that all started with deep contemplation through an exceptional drink. It is for these reasons, as well as our own experiences, that we continue to grow in our love and passion for pushing the boundaries of home mixology and sharing it with the world to enjoy.
Our mission centers around you and the accessibility to what we all know and love, whether you have never made a cocktail before or you are a trained mixologist. Moonlight Tavern is about connecting people with unique tools and products that can make mixology easy and accessible in every home. We firmly stand by our design principles that none of our products will take away from what people may currently enjoy, nor do we duplicate what is already out in the market. Instead, we discover and engineer new ways to enhance, simplify, add flexibility, or/and add a new capability while retaining full practicality to the user's experience. We at Moonlight Tavern envision a reality where making exquisite cocktails, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is as common and easy as preparing a simple homemade meal in the comforts of your home.We have begun this journey with gourmet syrups to give people a taste of something new and exciting. Our mission is to continue down this path of innovation and creativity to shine a light on the lesser-known wonders of the home bartending experience.

Meet the Founders
Chief Operating Officer/Lead Mixologist
Marco A. Barrios
Marco Alexander Barrios, co-founder of Moonlight Tavern, is committed and dedicated to bringing consumers superior experience and content based on his knowledge of computer engineering and mixology. Marco has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He also has an outstanding record of academic achievement with accolades in robotics and electrical engineering.
Marco Barrios, son of Belinda Tijerina, co-founded the Moonlight Tavern business along with other online based businesses at the age 25. He has been practicing the art of mixology since he was 19 and continues to strive for further improvement of his skills. To this day, he remains more inspired and passionate than ever to keep pushing the limits with what he believes is indeed possible.

Belinda Rojano Tijerina
Belinda Rojano Tijerina, co-founder of Moonlight Tavern, is a public speaker, writer and entrepreneur who has a passion for her family and bringing her sons' innovations to fruition. She earned her BA in Communication Studies focusing on organizational consulting, communication theory, conflict management and leadership empowerment.
Belinda has over 20 years training experience in the corporate, real estate and business brokering industry. She has worked with diverse businesses and is well known across the Rio Grande Valley. Belinda is an ambitious and enthusiastic business woman promoting self-improvement and self-worth encouraging her listeners to live life to the fullest.
