
Red dragon Syrup

Dos Bayas
Ingredients:
1oz lime juice
1oz Red Dragon syrup
1/2oz Ancho de Reyes liquor
2oz Mezcal
2 Blackberries​

Steps:
1. Add 2 blackberries and 1oz of Red Dragon syrup to the shaker.
2. Muddle the berries thoroughly.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.
5. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the ingredients into a double rocks glass.
6. Add 2 blackberries and and lime twist to garnish.

Islay King
Ingredients:
1oz lemon juice
1oz Red Dragon syrup
1/2oz Pineapple juice
1oz Scotch whisky
1oz Laphroaig Scotch

Steps:
1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.
2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.
3. Separately, add fresh ice to a double rocks glass.
4. Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass.
5. Finish by adding a pineapple wheel and/or pineapple fronds to garnish.

Ruby Red
Ingredients:
1oz lemon juice
1oz Red Dragon syrup
2oz Brandy

Steps:
1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.
2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.
3. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
4. Add a lemon twist garnish.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Crimson Riptide
Ingredients:
1oz lemon juice
1oz Red Dragon syrup
1oz Pineapple Juice
2-3 Strawberries

Steps:
1. Add 2-3 strawberries and 1oz of Red Dragon syrup to the shaker.
2. Muddle the strawberries thoroughly.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.
5. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the ingredients into a double rocks glass.
6. Add a lemon wheel and/or strawberries to garnish.

Bulles de Menthe
Ingredients:
1oz Lime juice
1/2oz Red Dragon syrup
10-12 Mint leaves (please wash before use)
Club Soda

Steps:
1. Add the 10-12 mint leaves and 1/2oz of Red Dragon syrup to the shaker.
2. Using a muddler, lightly muddle the mint.
3. Add the lime juice to the shaker.
4. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.
5. Separately, prepare a rocks glass with fresh ice.
6. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the ingredients into the glass.
7. Top off with soda water.
8. Using a bar spoon or straw, slowly and lightly blend the soda water with the other ingredients.
9. Add a mint sprig and lime wheel to garnish.
