Yes, absolutely! We designed these syrups to be a certain consistency so that it can easy blend with beverage but also thick enough to use for ice cream, pancakes, waffles and all your favorite desserts.
Every recipe we use is a 2:1 sugar ratio to make our syrups. This because sugar acts is its own preservative so should last longer than your typical 1:1 syrups. We recommend using our syrups within 3 months, but I could easily last longer depending on how you kept it refrigerated.
Yes, we highly recommend that you refrigerate your syrups after open them. This helps preserve the longevity of your syrups and can make a significant difference.
Processing time takes about 2-3 days, and the shipping typically takes about one week for delivery. We are currently working improving both processing and shipping times so orders can arrive faster.
When your syrup is no longer good to use, you will start seeing mold grow inside or on the syrup. We highly recommend that you do not use the syrup any longer at that point.
